Note to self, when the directions say to wait until the cake is cooled completely before putting icing on...wait till it is completely cooled! If not, expect a puddle. 
Kevin tried it! Was too rich for him. It reminded me of zucchini bread which is always better the next day, so we will try again tomorrow :)
