She has not been eating very frequently causing me to pump some. Even though she sleeps with us and I put her in a sling when we are out, she doesn't wake up frequently. We went to an event on Saturday and she slept in Kevin's arms for 4 hours! Then I tried to feed her, she snacked a bit, and then slept in my sling for another 4 hours. But she is gaining weight good and is 10 1/2 lbs now! Maybe she is going through a growth spurt.
I have learned that children really to grow fast. I am so over joyed to hold her when she has "hold me" days. I love to cuddle her and stare at her. There was a sense with the other children that they were cute and sweet but I was so eager for them to "do something." Hurry up and laugh/crawl/play! Now I just want to soak in all the newborn goodness. Stay little for just a little while longer!
